Sundance is under design by Ranch Water, a community of people looking for more out of life, more out of vacations, more out of their communities. These members are nature and outdoor travelers, boundary pushers, adventure seekers, and people who aren’t satisfied with the status quo. From membership access to residents, one can join one of the premier, authentic outdoor and adventure lifestyle clubs. Sundance is situated on 70 acres of rolling hills equidistant between Dallas and Fort Worth and will contain large residential lots for custom homes, a boutique hotel and restaurant, a members’ club, outdoor activities including equestrian, fishing, trails for ATVs and mountain bikes, roping, archery, shooting, and more.

Sales center and members’ lodge is opening in 2023. Hotel and club expected to start construction in 2024.
