Dominick Delledera serves as Area Director of Operations for the Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Â Promoted into his current role in January 2019, he overseas two restaurants in Nashville — Oak Steakhouse and O-Ku and is currently in the process of opening Oak Steakhouse in Alexandria, VA.
Dom first came to Nashville in 2016 to open Oak Steakhouse and served as the restaurant’s General Manager for nearly three years before being promoted to Area Director of Operations in May 2019.  Bringing over 25 years of hospitality experience, previously serving at General manager at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group in Orlando, Managing Partner at Season 52 Restaurant in New York City and Assistant Food and Beverage Director at The Club at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast, FL.
In his new role he has been a part of implementing new systems, supply chain management, and contributing ideas for continued growth of the company. Â His vision of leadership aligns with those of the Indigo Road — an employee first company that allows his team the forum of an approachable, comfortable family environment. In his free time, he enjoys the beach, reading leadership books, and indulging in the rich cultural life of Nashville.
