Zach’s relationship with the hospitality industry began over twenty years ago. Currently, Zach oversees operations in the Raleigh, NC market for the Indigo Road. Since joining the Indigo Road as a server in 2012, Zach has gone on to perform various roles within the company. He became a general manager in 2015 after spending some time as assistant general manager at Indigo Road’s Italian concept, Colletta, in Atlanta in 2014.
Much of Zach’s passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry comes from his keen interest in the beverage side of the industry – particularly wine. He is a level one sommelier and enjoys learning about wine but also teaching others. Zach’s current focus is growing the Indigo Road Brand in the Raleigh Market through community outreach. His strengths include patience, empathy, analytics, and providing effective leadership for his team members.
