Revenue Management
Scott’s hospitality career dates back to 2005 when he started as a barista at Starbucks. As he rose through the ranks of retail and F&B management, he honed values of generosity, people-first culture and servant leadership. With over 15 years of operations and revenue management experience, Scott applies strengths of teamwork, strategic thinking and data analysis to drive asset profitability. Scott is motivated by achieving results and team goals, particularly through discovering and implementing more efficient ways to process information and communicate.
From 2014 to 2018, Scott served as vice president of the HSMAI South Carolina chapter and is highly active within the local hospitality community. Scott’s favorite way to serve his industry is by teaching as an adjunct professor of hospitality at The College of Charleston.
Scott’s professional experience is complimented by an MBA from the College of Charleston. Upon graduating, he received the Most Outstanding Hospitality Revenue Management student award and the overall Most Outstanding MBA Student award for the class of 2014. While pursuing his degree, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Elected by his peers, Scott also served as MBA class President.
