The Indigo Road Hospitality Group has been selected to assist with program development and branding and then to open and operate The Ellington, a 125 key, independent, luxury hotel and residences development in Naples, Florida. The project site is known locally as the Naples Gateway site as it is literally the gateway to one of Florida’s most authentic and charming cities. Located at the intersection of Highways 41 and 84 (The Tamiami Trail and Davis Blvd.), the impressive architecture will make for a grand entrance into Naples. The architecture is the work of internationally renowned firm, SB Architects, and the project sponsors are locals with deep experience in real estate development across multiple asset classes.
The hotel will include several F&B venues including a marquis restaurant concept from the Indigo Road with beautiful outdoor terraces for al fresco cocktailing and dining, poolside F&B venues, and private events catering. In addition to the 125 guest rooms and suites including impressive Honeymoon and Presidential Suites, the top floors of the hotel will be dedicated to residential use in the form of 24 highly amenitized, lifestyle driven luxury residences with sweeping views down Naples’ famed 5th Avenue and of the gulf coast seascape and maritime activities.
