Originally from the small town of Wellsville, Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, Jenna Phillips brings more than a decade of hospitality experience with a focus on independent boutique hotels. Over the course of ten years, she has worked across more than twenty markets nationwide, building a reputation for thoughtful strategy, meaningful relationships, and a genuine love of the guest experience.

With a background in sales strategy, new business development, market analysis, and community partnerships, Phillips is known for crafting and executing ideas that connect people and drive results. A graduate of Ottawa University with a degree in Human Services, Phillips found hospitality by “happy accident” and quickly discovered its shared purpose, serving others with humility and heart.

Guided by the mantra stay hungry, stay humble, Phillips approaches each opportunity with curiosity and care. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and cities, spending time with her partner Joshua, and keeping close ties with family and friends. A self-proclaimed wine enthusiast, aspiring at-home chef, and lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, Phillips believes in making life one big adventure.
