Samy
Eltoukhy

Finance

Samy Eltoukhy has a 30-year career focused upon the analysis of financial statements, implementing accounting systems, and creating simple and effective financial and inventory control worksheets. He has guided many small businesses, mostly restaurants, to healthy financial paths. Samy joined the Indigo Road at its beginning in 2009, and helped the Indigo Road grow from 2 to 23 restaurants in ten years. He enjoys the family atmosphere, the opportunities to grow, educating the staff, and empowering others.

Samy has played a key role in building the accounting department and mentoring the accounting team as well as facilitating the development of the financial acumen of the senior managers. In addition to his financial accounting leadership role, he also is skilled at obtaining the right insurance coverage in the most effective and economical way.

Samy’s experience in financial accounting is complemented by a diverse education. He earned his Batchelors Degree in Accounting at Alexandria and Tanta Universities in Egypt and studied both business law and personal income tax policy at Pace University in NYC and New York University, respectively.
