Kelly has been in the hospitality industry for 26 years primarily in hotels before joining The Indigo Road in 2015 as Human Resources Director. She has established and grown the HR department as the company expanded from 9 to over 20 restaurants. Kelly’s approach to HR has been guided by principles of internal hospitality and giving back to our communities, while striving to ensure all employees are treated as our most valuable asset.
Earlier in her career, Kelly was the Training Manager for Four Seasons Hotels in Boston and New York. Prior to joining the Indigo Road, Kelly was the Director of HR for The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, Washington D.C. and the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the Four Seasons Hotel New York and The New York Place Hotel. Her roles have included resolving labor relations issues, overseeing performance management, talent acquisition, and effective succession planning.
Kelly finds it rewarding to work with diverse individuals and mentoring others through coaching and leadership scenarios and has focused upon creating a Human Resources culture that values employees as its greatest asset.
Kelly is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School and an active member in their alumni society and local HR associations.
