DSM Real Estate Partners has chosen the Indigo Road Hospitality Group to operate The Chambray, an upcoming upper-upscale boutique hotel in Roswell, Georgia, a vibrant suburb north of Atlanta. Just two blocks from Roswell’s historic Canton Street, The Chambray will add 125 rooms of homespun lodging and two all-new signature F&B concepts to the city’s thriving atmosphere. Guests at this 5-story hotel will delight in a Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor, private dining and event spaces, a fully-equipped gym, and a swanky rooftop sushi bar.
