DSM Real Estate Partners, LLC have selected the Indigo Road Hospitality Group as operator of the The Chambray, a Joie de vivre by Hyatt, to be constructed on Alpharetta Street in Roswell, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. The property will have one-hundred nineteen guest rooms, a new Indigo Road culinary concept on the ground floor, private dining and event spaces, and a fifth-floor rooftop terrace offering sweeping views of the charming Roswell historic district and a strong beverage focused F&B venue. Slated for an opening in late 2024 or 2025. Design for the fully entitled project is being completed in 2023 with construction scheduled to begin shortly thereafter. The hotel will be a soft-branded Joie De Vivre (JdV) Hyatt boutique hotel.
