BRASSERIE LA BANQUE
Opening Late Spring 2021
A neighborhood restaurant situated in the historic South of Broad Charleston, Brasserie la Banque pays homage to traditional French cuisine in a lively and welcoming environment, Brasserie la Banque celebrates life’s memorable moments from impromptu drinks to convivial gatherings and leisurely meals.
Inspired by industry veteran Steve Palmer of The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the restaurant is a culmination of Palmer’s work and his passion for the classic French brasserie and its cuisine. Created by Executive Chef Jeb Aldrich, the menu features a selection of traditional French dishes alongside more innovative fare. Aptly named for its previous role as a city bank, Brasserie la Banque is located within the iconic One Broad Street corner building that dates back to the 1700s. Slated to open late spring 2021, the neighborhood restaurant will offer lunch, dinner, and late night service, seven days a week.
